I’m Camille Moreau. I photograph people and places in low light, mostly for restaurants, hotels, musicians and small brands.

Photos for a restaurant kitchen in Vieux Lyon. We waited for the first flambé of the night to light the room.

Streets after the last bus. Fog, a shelter, the walk home, and whatever light someone left on.
See the series02How I work
Twenty minutes on what the photos are for and where they’ll live. I’ll ask about the room, the light and the people.
I visit at the hour we’ll shoot, so nothing about the light surprises us on the day.
Most shoots take half a day. I bring one main lamp and keep the setup small, so people relax and forget I’m there.
You get a private gallery within ten days, edited and sized for print and for the web.
Every set comes with a clear usage licence for your site, social posts, menus and press.
03Services
Headshots and character portraits for your site, press kit or album cover. In the studio or on location.
Restaurants, hotels and shops, shot at the hour they look best. Usually that’s after dark.
Launches, concerts and long dinners. Quiet and candid, with the gallery ready within a week.
04FAQ
Two to four weeks is normal. Short notice sometimes works, so it’s worth asking.
No, I just like it best. Plenty of my work is daylight portraits and interiors.
A half day usually gives 40 to 60 finished images. We agree on a number before the shoot.
Yes, for your own business: your site, social posts, menus and press. Selling the photos on needs a separate licence.
Yes. Lyon and Paris are easy. Further away is fine, with travel costs added to the quote.
05About

I’ve been a photographer in Lyon for about ten years. Before that I worked in kitchens, which is probably why a busy room at midnight feels like home.
I like small crews and real light. The goal is photos that still feel like the place a year from now.
